ROCK POOL ON GEORGE

Many reviews about the rock pool on George may hit your mind and want to go here.  This may be the next romantic dinner place you take someone special.

The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2012
The city doesn’t have many genuine dining institutions, but after 22 years at the forefront of Sydney gastronomy, Rockpool is certainly up there…

Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards 2012
Spectacle and substance: it could be the Rockpool credo. It certainly fits with the glam big-night-out room and the crisp service, not to mention the weighty wine list… this is food (and a restaurant) worth getting excited about.

Time Out Sydney Magazine – Runner Up Best Restaurant 2011, August 2011
Time Out’s Best Restaurant 2010 is still kicking goals, with head chef Phil Wood pushing his Chinese-influenced menu further than before… Never been? We’re jealous – that first meal at Rockers is one of the most exciting Sydney food experiences you can have…

Best Macaroons in Town

Anyone who lives in Sydney and loves macaroons has heard of Adriano Zumbo. Ever since he graced the silver screen on Channel 10's hit TV-series 'Masterchef', his popularity has been second to none.

Crowds have flocked the humble Balmain cobble stone footpaths just to get a glimpse of the master at work.

From pastries, to croissants, and a variety of cakes and deserts - whatever your flavour, Mr Zumbo has you covered.

People come from near and far for the world famous Macaroons. But don't take our word for it, here's what others had to say:

"Tried so many macaroons but always come back to this place simply because they know how to make amazing macaroons with very interesting and creative flavours that really work." - LizzieLovesFood.

"Never a disappointing moment. I love the passion fruit tart and the cake selection is amazing! Love going to this place!"

Chinta Ria

"The food of Chinta Ria is based on that funky fusion of three races (Malay, Indian and Chinese) that meet and mingle in Malaysia..."

Chinta Ria is a great restuarant located on the roof terrace of Cockle Bay Wharf next to the Pyrmont footbridge entrance. This restaurant does not only have sensational food but an amazing ambiance. Chinta Ria provides live entertainment and has a large Buddha at the entrance of the restaurant where you can make a wish before entering this amazing restaurant.  To make the price of your visit less, the restaurant offers BYO.

This is a highly recommended venue to have a great night out!
